The demand for affordable rental apartments in select urban clusters within the Greater City of Miami is rapidly growing and continues to grow as several development projects near Miami’s urban core are realized.

Richard H. Lopez, Esq.
Managing Principal Richard H. Lopez, Esq. is the Managing Principal of ECI and a CCIM Designation Candidate. Mr. Lopez is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Principal in Hamilton Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Furthermore, he is a Board Certified International Lawyer and Managing Principal of Drake Finance Group, Inc., an international trade finance lender, which has financed since its inception, over USD 200 million in exports worldwide. A learned businessman and keen entrepreneur, Mr. Lopez has been in the real estate business since 2002 when he began purchasing commercial and high-end residential real estate in Miami, Florida. Successful investments and powerful connections ultimately led to the formation of ECI in 2013. Mr. Lopez manages an enviable executive team and portfolio. |
Maria T. Currier
Principal Maria T. Currier, Esq. is a Principal of ECI and a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Rated Attorney. Ms. Currier is also a Partner in the Business Law Section of Holland & Knight, chairs the firm’s National Healthcare and Life Sciences Team, and is a Board-Certified Health Law Attorney. Aside from numerous honors and awards, Ms. Currier has been featured as one of The Most Powerful & Influential Women in Florida by Diversity Magazine and as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Florida from 2006 to 2012 in Super Lawyers magazine. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare law, regulatory matters, corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance, Ms. Currier is a distinguished legal expert and an investment virtuoso. |

Consultant, Advisory Board Craig Haskell has devoted over 25 years to re-inventing and repositioning multifamily assets for maximum growth, value and income for his clients and investors. Craig has owned or managed 7,200 units and 2.8 million square feet of commercial space in 12 states, and provided advisory services on over $2 billion in asset value. Currently, Craig serves as CEO and Founder of Haskell Value Group, an owner/operator of lifestyle, multifamily properties, and CEO of Z Villa Communities LLC, a management firm specializing in the property management of multifamily properties catering to the Hispanic niche rental housing market. |

Consultant, Project Manager Guillermo Pino is a Consultant and Project Manager for ECI and sits on its advisory council. Mr. Pino is also the President of GP Builders, Inc. He has over 40 years of experience developing and building high-end, luxury residential properties and multi-family apartments throughout South Florida.
